Agricole Guava Cooler - This Martinique inspired cocktail is spawned by the flavors in the Farmer’s market in the Capital City of Fort-de-France;Caribbean Spices, tropical fruits and cane juice-based AOC Martinique rhum agricole. The Clément 10 year old Rhum Agricole is a superlative example of the Rhum Agricole style, aged in French Oak barrels. Bundaberg Guava Soda is a special treat that provides the unique sweetness for this summer treat….even though it is fall. Enjoy!

In a shaker add:

  • .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .75 oz Licor 43

  • 2 oz Clément 10 year old Rhum Agricole

  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

    Pour into your fanciest glass, top with 2 oz of Bundaberg Guava Soda.

  • Garnish with Mint sprig, Cinnamon stick and a Lime Wheel
