Bush Pilot

Bush Pilot - From the Inferno Room in Indianapolis comes the Bush Pilot. Complex flavors abound in this classic variation of the Jet Pilot. I like to let this one sit on the coaster for 5-10 minutes, as the cacophony of flavors blend nicely after some dilution. Deceptively potent, you should stay away from heavy machinery when imbibing. Enjoy!

In a mixing cup of ice add:

• 4 dashes of Herbstura (50/50 of Herbsaint & Angostura Bitters)

• .75oz Fresh Lime Juice

• .75oz Grapefruit Juice

• .75oz Cinnamon Syrup

• .25oz John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

• .75oz Planteray Xaymaca Rum

• .75oz Planteray Stiggin’s Fancy Pineapple Rum

• 1oz Planteray O.F.T.D. Overproof Rum

  Blend for 30 seconds and strain into your fave tiki glass of tall glass of your choice. Enjoy!
