Donn Day Afternoon - I can only assume that Martin Cate named this after Donn the Beachcomber. If he didn’t he should have! This simple cocktail is a total flavor bomb. Lime Juice, Cinnamon Syrup and Stiegl-Radler Grapefruit Beer coupled with St James Rhum Blanc Agricole combines to make one of the perfect island beverages for a day at the beach! The Steigl- Radler Grapefruit Beer comes from Salzburg, Austria. They have been making fermented products since 1492, and this offering comes in at 2.5% ABV. Such a perfect combo! Enjoy!

In a crystal mixing glass of cracked ice add:

• .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup

• .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

• 2 oz Saint James Rhum Blanc Agricole

• 4 oz Steigl-Radler Grapefruit Beer

  Stir gently and pour over a big cube in your favorite Double Old Fashioned Glass. Garnish with a thin slice of Ruby Red Grapefruit and a Grapefruit peel. Enjoy!
