Saint Valentine Splash!
Saint Valentine Splash - This “Jus de Amour!” cocktail is a blend of some of my favorite spirits ever! Starting with the incomparable Papa’s Pilar Blonde 7 Year Solera Rum ( I will be visiting them on February 25th FYI!) , Grand Marnier and a superb 10 year old Port from the ancient House of Kopke. Share this one with someone you love today!
In a cocktail shaker of crushed ice add:
1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar 7 year old Solera rum
.5 oz Grand Marnier
.5 oz Kopke 10 year old Port
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake and strain into your favorite, fancy martini glass.
Garnish with 2 Luxardo Cherries, an Orange curl and some orange zest! Enjoy!
