Three Scots and a Dash
Three Scots and a Dash - This drink is a creation of Zac Overman from L’Oursin in Seattle. In honor of National Scotch Day, I submit for your approval. This Scotchy Scotch take on the legendary 3 Dots and a Dash cocktail, it proves that Scotch can be an excellent Tiki feature spirit. It calls for a peaty Single Malt (Aberlour 12 year old), and a blended. In this case, we used the Vat 69 (featured prominently in the HBO series “Band of Brothers”). Try it, you’ll like it!
