Barbados Rum Punch - This Smuggler’s Cove Original kicks off “Punch Season”. When is Punch season you say? For me it is when the weather picture brightens significantly around spring, for others it is during the Holiday’s. Any opportunity to have a Tropical drink outside is OK with me! Cheers!

  • Fresh Lime Juice

  • Demerara Syrup

  • Plantation Original Dark Rum from Barbados

  • Angostura Aromatic Bitters

    Fill a footed pilsner with cubed and cracked ice. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with cubed or cracked ice. Shake and strain into the glass. Top with grated nutmeg. Enjoy!
