Clover Club Cocktail
On the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, an homage cocktail is in order. This old gin classic screams 1st class accommodations! This was one of the cocktails available in the 1st Class lounge and restaurant. You can almost imagine Mrs. Astor ordering one of these whilst looking over her Pince Nez glasses. To make one yourself….
In a shaker cup of 5-6 ice cubes add:
1 egg white (dry shake for 30 seconds)
3 oz of McQueen & Violet Fog Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
.75 Raspberry Syrup (or Grenadine)
Shake like crazy for 1 minute!
Pour into your fanciest old world coupe
Garnish with 3 Raspberries on a pick
Enjoy!
