Coconut Watermelon Mojito - The bounty of summer is front and center in this most refreshing cocktail! When you use the natural sweetness of summer watermelon and the unsweetened perfection of Rumhaven Coconut rum, and topped with the funky and unique Rivers Antoine Overproof Rum from Grenada….the day is complete!
In a double sized crystal mixing glass add 6-8 cubes of seedless watermelon, 1 sprig of fresh mint, 4 oz crushed ice, muddle thoroughly then add:
2 oz Rumhaven Coconut Rum
Stir
.5 oz Rivers Antoine Overproof Rum
Pour into a Pearl Diver glass rimmed with Coconut
Garnish with fresh mint sprig and watermelon wedge
