Pacific Theatre

Pacific Theatre - Dedicated to the last episode of Season 3 of The White Lotus. This creation by Brian Maxwell as presented in the Minimalist Tiki book, features Pandan Syrup. Pandan is a long leafed plant from southeast Asia used in many cakes and dishes across the region. It is related to the Amaryllis, and when steeped in a simple syrup it emits a grassy, pungent aroma that smells just like a Thai restaurant! Or… The White Lotus Resort!

In a shaker of cracked ice add:

• .5oz Fresh Lime Juice

• .5oz Pineapple Juice

• .5oz Real Passionfruit Syrup

• .5oz Pandan Syrup

• .5oz Rumfire Jamaican overproof Rum

• 1 oz Diplomatico Planas White Rum

• Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a fancy coupe glass

• Spray Two James Nain Rouge Absinthe Verte on top. Enjoy!
