Red Wedding

Red Wedding - A drink named for a famous fictional event from Game of Thrones. Fortunately, not deadly ;-) . Created by Jen Akin at Rumba, one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier tiki locations, this masterpiece has many layers of complex flavors that just work so well together. I had fun making (and tasting) this one!

In a shaker of ice add:

• .5oz Lime Juice

• .5oz Real Passionfruit Syrup

• 1oz Traditional Medicinals Hibiscus Tea

• .5oz Aperol

• .5oz Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum

• 1oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

  Shaker vigorously and strain into a Libbey Napoli Grande Hurricane Glass (1619)

• Garnish with Pineapple fronds , Luxardo Cherry and a Hibiscus flower! Enjoy!
