Spring is here and what better way to spend a weekend afternoon sipping a Pandan Daiquiri! I might have two! Thank you to Shannon Mustipher for the challenge to share this with you all. Enjoy!
In a Boston Shaker of cracked ice add:

  • 2.5 oz Neisson Rhum Agricole Blanc from Martinique

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .75 oz Pandan Syrup

  • .25 oz Real Passionfruit Puree

    Shake for 1 minute and strain into your favorite fancy coupe. Enjoy!
