The Glass Man - This original recipe from Eli Sanchez from the Inferno Room in Indianapolis is a blend of so many distinctly different flavors, you would expect a confused drink experience. This could not be further from the truth. Everything works in concert perfectly! Find your favorite funky glass and try this one! You can find this one in the Minimalist Tiki Book.
In a mixing cup of ice add:

  • .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • .5 oz Real Passion Fruit Syrup

  • .5 oz Orgeat Syrup

  • .25 John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

  • .5 oz Real McCoy 5 Year Old Barbados Rum

  • .5 oz Wray & Nephew Jamaican Overproof Rum

  • 1 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac

    Blend for 10 seconds and strain over a tall zombie or collins glas of crushed ice. Garnish with Fresh Mint and a dehydrated Lime Wheel. Enjoy!
