Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Sour

Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Sour - In Michigan, it is currently Michigan grown strawberry season AND rhubarb season as well. So when you have a brilliant French Gin from Citadelle (from Maison Ferrand!) that is infused with rhubarb, a gin sour is the perfect foil for the subtle flavors of both! In a Boston shaker of cracked ice add:

  • 2 oz Citadelle Rouge Gin

  • .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • 1 Egg White

  • 2 torn Mint Leaves

    Shake vigorously for 1 minute and strain into your favorite fancy coupe! Garnish with a ribbon of Rhubarb and sprig of Fresh Mint. Enjoy!
